Mr Tarratt is an experienced corporate executive and director with an extensive track record in capital markets, project execution and value optimisation across the resources and energy sectors. He has been responsible for managing transactions totalling more than A$1.5 billion.

As former Chairman of Fenix Resources (ASX: FEX), he led the acquisition and development of the Iron Ridge Project from a stranded exploration asset through to production readiness. The foundations established during this period ultimately enabled Fenix to return over A$200 million in dividends to shareholders.

He co-managed a US$215 million deep-water exploration funding package for a North African project, and as Executive Chairman negotiated a farm-out securing A$800 million in development capital for North Sea gas infrastructure. He is a Non-Executive Director of Prominence Energy (ASX: PRM) and Viking Mines (ASX: VKA).

Dr Stephens is a professional geologist and mining executive with more than 25 years of industry experience across board, executive and senior operational roles.

He led the technical team that discovered the Kasiya Rutile-Graphite Project in Malawi, now the largest natural rutile deposit in the world. As Managing Director of Sovereign Metals (ASX: SVM) from 2016 to 2023, he led the company through a period in which its market capitalisation grew from approximately $13 million to over $230 million, including a major strategic investment from Rio Tinto.

His PhD research focused on reduced intrusion-related gold systems in the Yukon, Canada, a background directly applicable to SQX’s US exploration. He is a Non-Executive Director of Viking Mines.

Mr Sanders has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate law. He has advised ASX-listed and private companies on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance, and commercial transactions across a range of industries and jurisdictions.

He is a director of Cyclone Metals Limited.

Mr Van Staden is a Partner in the corporate team of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. He has considerable experience in all aspects of corporate and mining law, advising on corporate governance, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions in the mineral resources sector.

Mr Meyers has over 10 years of experience working in the equities markets in the capacity of a Stockbroker, Company Secretary and Accountant for multiple ASX listed companies gaining exposure to the Resource, Oil and Gas and technology sectors. During this time, Mr Meyers has worked on multiple initial public offers, reverse takeovers, and equity capital markets transactions while developing his knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act. Mr Meyers holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
